By accessing the website, AccelPro product or otherwise using any service offered by the AccelPro platform, you consent to collection, storage, and use of the personal information you provide (including any changes thereto as provided by you) for any of the services that we offer. The company respects the privacy of the users of the AccelPro platform, understands the sensitivity of the information and is committed to protect it in all respects. The information about the user as collected by the company is: (a) information provided by users and (b) information automatically tracked while a user uses the AccelPro Platform (c) information generated while availing our services including but not limited to transactional information (collectively referred to as “User Information” or “Information”). Information Provided by Users

To avail certain services on the AccelPro Platform, users are required to provide certain personal information such as name, company, email address, phone number and any other such information as required. As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, date/time stamp.

We may also use your phone number, email address or other personal information to send commercial or marketing messages with an option to subscribe/unsubscribe (where feasible). In any case, we will not be liable and or responsible for the denial of certain services to you for lack of you providing the necessary personal information.

AccelPro Platform is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such Personal Data from our systems.

Information Automatically Tracked While Using AccelPro Platform

(a) Log File Information

When you download and use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use and security parameters related to your device such as device name, operating system version, device location, etc. Our Servers automatically collect limited information about users’ device’s connection to the Internet, including IP address. These are essential to ensure only genuine and secure devices are accessing your enterprise applications. You may also share your information while registering as a user, partner, registering for information requests such as reports, whitepapers or datasheets, registering for events, online webinar, conferences, promotions, etc., participating in demos, surveys, questionnaires, or POC(proof of concept), trials, sending marketing communication, newsletters. You may also submit information while managing job application.

(b) Cookies

To improve the responsiveness of the AccelPro Platform for our users, we may use “cookies”, or similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique, random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand the user’s individual interests using the identified computer or device. Our partners may also assign their own cookies to your browser, a process that we do not control.

(c) AccelPro Usage Data

AccelPro Platform collects customer and usage data that enables us to innovate while acting as a service provider to our customers and to continuously improve upon the services. In conjunction with the products we make available to our customers, we may collect additional data, such as user-agent and browser version, IP address, the URLs you visit (such as to determine whether we can help you manage your credentials for such URLs), logs of your usage and click activities, logs about your login history, identity confirmation, and device data (such as whether your device is managed by an administrator, the operating system installed on the device, certain device configurations, and similar device or version information). AccelPro uses this data to improve security and to provide and improve its products to customers, including to better understand customer behavior in order to create new features and provide threat-related insights for our customers.

(d) Access Through Social Network

User may choose to log in to our Websites and Apps (Mobile Apps) via various online services, including social networking services. Our services may also enable user to access social networking services such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked-in, Instagram, Microsoft or Google. When linking to a social network account to our Website and Apps or log into our services using social network account, we may collect relevant information necessary to enable our services to access that social network and user data contained therein and may share the user Information with the operator of that social network to facilitate or enhance delivery of services to user. User are entitled to correct/update the Information available with us and/or to get any of the Information erased from our Website and Apps.
