AccelPro Platform is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such Personal Data from our systems.

Information Automatically Tracked While Using AccelPro Platform

(a) Log File Information

When you download and use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use and security parameters related to your device such as device name, operating system version, device location, etc. Our Servers automatically collect limited information about users’ device’s connection to the Internet, including IP address. These are essential to ensure only genuine and secure devices are accessing your enterprise applications. You may also share your information while registering as a user, partner, registering for information requests such as reports, whitepapers or datasheets, registering for events, online webinar, conferences, promotions, etc., participating in demos, surveys, questionnaires, or POC(proof of concept), trials, sending marketing communication, newsletters. You may also submit information while managing job application.

To improve the responsiveness of the AccelPro Platform for our users, we may use “cookies”, or similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique, random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand the user’s individual interests using the identified computer or device. User may choose to log in to our Websites and Apps (Mobile Apps) via various online services, including social networking services. Our services may also enable user to access social networking services such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked-in, Instagram, Microsoft or Google. When linking to a social network account to our Website and Apps or log into our services using social network account, we may collect relevant information necessary to enable our services to access that social network and user data contained therein and may share the user Information with the operator of that social network to facilitate or enhance delivery of services to user.
